Guest Relations cast members have one of the most difficult jobs in a Disney Park, because any guest who is unhappy from a situation that took place anywhere in the parks is going to take out their feelings on Guest Relations.
While this is of course part of the job for a Guest Relations cast member, chances are you are not the rudest guest they have encountered, and you are likely not aware of the full level of stress that these cast members can sometimes be under.
The other side of the job however can be very rewarding. Lost Adults (children…), Lost and Found, Special assistance passes, and a myriad of other tasks make the job worth while.
